[/quote] Oh and I'm a female who also couldn't moderate my drinking. I didn't really need to lose weight, but that's always a boon. I specifically got on for alcohol moderation. I will say that not drinking (or not wanting to drink) has forced me to work through my stress and anxiety on my own without alcohol, which is also beneficial. When I go off, I will be better prepared to not drink. The first 30 days are always the hardest with the most cravings, and I've worked on my own mental health. Hope this helps someone else.[/quote]
