I was supposed to be at home on bed rest for 100 days, which would have been great if I lived in a village and all of the women in the family took care of all of our needs. We’ve skipped most of the recommended natural remedies. I agree that a lot of the suggestions were pre-vaccine and modern medicines and really about minimizing exposure to anything that might lead to untimely death. [/quote]
