When medical emergencies occur in the presence of others, people usually provide assistance. I think it is strange that this didn't get more attention to begin with, although I don't attribute any nefarious intent to that. Sometimes these incidents take a few more days to get out when they don't occur in a major metro area and, unfortunately, when the victim doesn't have a community immediately calling a lot of attention to it.[/quote]
