I'm sure it would be a great option for someone else though.  I wouldn't try to sell it for over what we bought for but at the same time we would not be able to sell it for too much less b/c we are still already going to take a hit on the realtor fees and closing costs.  So if it takes a year, then we would just wait it out.  Like I said, there is nothing wrong with our home so we are in no big hurry to leave so we could wait for the right buyer.  Could be the same situation with this home your looking at.[/quote]
