I did this as well and boy did we dodge a crazy neighbor bullet! I went around after noticing the immediate neighbor was fostering 6 dogs in the little front yard, broken windows, gas tanks in the back yard, absentee owner. Meeting the neighbors was even more enlightening, as was going to the questionable use and meeting all the college students renting each bedroom! Real shame, beautiful house, neighborhood ad other neighbors!!
In the case of a quick back to market. Maybe they just had to leave for another job or job offer??
