Accepting positions in the administrations of very unpopular presidents has derailed the political careers of those who made the fateful decisions. Identifying Trump, Biden, and Carter cabinet members who have had or stand a chance of continuing their political careers is difficult. Perhaps Deb Haaland has a chance in New Mexico in 2026. VPs and high ranking members in unpopular administrations go down with the ship. Marco has reached his celiling. He should have known better after seeing what happened to Harris, Pence and others.[/quote]
