[/quote] What dose of semaglutide were you on when you switched over? I would have thought if you were on a higher dose you'd start tirzepatide above the starter dose. But if you can go from 1.0 on sema to starter on tirz and still lose, that's quite a recommendation (considering a switch now - semaglutide is working for me but very slowly, and I'd love to get the speed of loss up to at least a pound a week).[/quote]
