What dose of semaglutide were you on when you switched over? I would have thought if you were on a higher dose you'd start tirzepatide above the starter dose. But if you can go from 1.0 on sema to starter on tirz and still lose, that's quite a recommendation (considering a switch now - semaglutide is working for me but very slowly, and I'd love to get the speed of loss up to at least a pound a week).

Hi - I am swiching from Wegovy (well, Ozempic - 1.3 mg) to Zepound. I have had some nausea on Wegovy even going up VERY slowly. I am also plateaued.

So I am hoping for 1) reduced side effects and 2) better weight loss on Zepbound, which has both the active ingredients in Ozempic/Wegovy as well as another, as I understand.

Any experiences to share?

PS- I didn't write the above at 10:05.
