This will sound dumb, but how do you do this?

I'm relatively new to the workforce. I was at my first job out of college for the past 4 years.

Logistically, I mean, how do you work at a new job and keep looking for one you like better? I have 2nd interviews with two companies this week and both have 90 day probationary periods. Do companies typically schedule any interviews outside of traditional 9-5 working hours? Or do I just try to schedule them for around my lunch hour?

Everyone keeps telling me to take any job so I don't have to blow through my savings and they tell me that it's easier to find one while employed, but tbh, the thought of looking for a job while employed seems super stressful. [/quote]

You do interviews as "an appointment" during the day. You look when you have free time or afterwork/weekends. For sure, it's a lot, but like I said at least you're getting paid while this is going on. There are people who are in a much more stressful situation not knowing how they're going to pay their mortgage in a few months. [/quote]
