No. Lots of top swimmer still swam at divisionals even when they knew they would not swim at all stars due to bigger meets happening he same weekend. [/quote]

For NVSL, divisionals is not a team meet (we covered this ad nauseum in previous threads). The only way to make All Stars in the NVSL is to swim in the top 18 at divisionals (or 19+ should swimmers in the top 18 scratch).[/quote]
