She probably knows why the first wife left. He may have made up some story, but she is close to his first wife. They had to co parent first set of kids and decided to be friends/ friendly.

Yeah. We don't think he can stop. And he knows how to pick great women (he is good looking so that helps). His first wife makes good money, and the divorce was drama free. His second wife runs his company for him,  and she has tremendously contributed to its growth. So even if this one does not work out, he will be financially ok and on to the next marriage.
