If the student is going to be an FCPS student, the parent cannot do the enrollment for Virtual Virginia.

She took HPE9 last summer, Econ and Personal Finance as an 8th class in the second semester, and now HPE10. She'll do online driver's ed (self-paced through private company) once PE is finished.

Virtual Virginia's HPE is much easier than FCPS (and cheaper!). The Econ/PF was very intensive, and sounds like it was more difficult than the summer self-paced one is through FCPS.
