That picture shows two salmon filets, so probably 1/2 - 2/3 of a pound. I cooked a pound. It also shows broccoli but the broccoli is crammed together. As I said I made cubed salmon tossed in a dry rub- the idea is to get the salmon crispy on all sides so you wouldn’t want to have the cubes touching like the broccoli in that photo. Mine the spices melded together rub melded together into a yummy glaze but no crispy exterior (and yes I had blotted the extra moisture from the salmon and added the cornstarch and evoo like the recipe called for).
