Nobody said the letter literally comes out and asks Canada to control the weather. The title of the thread is an ironic joke highlighting the impossibility of this demand, as in “they’re asking for the moon”. When they demand that Canada stop its forest fires, the only way Canada can do that is by altering the weather conditions, because they are the actual root cause. The letter writers leave that out because they don’t understand, or care, enough to do any real research.[/quote]
