I[/quote] That is cause you are in state PSU. My kid got in PSU and Pitt and went to UDELL. But being OOS and Pitt or PSU giving no merit aid made UDELL a no brainer. PA schools are VERY Stingy merit aid and OOS tuition is high. Hence many a NY/NJ/MD kid goes to UDELL. NY just has SUNY, NJ Rutgers and MD UMD. less choices than PA or VA for in state schools.
