Give the older $20 (now that they have mixed in $5 items!) and have them surprise you. The younger they are, the more hilarious it is what they choose. Have them buy 2 HBD helium balloons too.

Take them to your favorite restaurant then stop by a bakery and pick out a cake. Let them decide what to have written on it.

Come home and have balloons, gifts, cake with candles and call DH so he can join in singing HBD with the kids to you.
