You just have to scroll more on the Fox News articles.  The headline often contradicts the truth of the article.  The truth is, they found this out and cancelled a contract in Nov 2023. The company sued and the contract was reawarded.

So, the company won the lawsuit and wasn’t on the exclusion list anymore and the government had to award the contract to them and somehow this is Biden fault?  No. [/quote]
