My MIL was nervous to go thinking it would be negative energy. We chatted with all our neighbors next to us, told stories, waved at people honking in support. It will positive vibes. Do not be swayed by this talk. You can also drive up and down past street protests and honk and wave in support. Lots of people hold signs from cars, so it’s a great way to involve young kids.
