Unfortunately, that type of planning is not in vogue anymore. God forbid, people want to live in a quiet single family neighborhood. This village idea will not happen and encroaching on the AG reserve is a very risky proposal. It will not stop with just these 4 villages you are proposing. The end result will be sprawl and development throughout the entire agricultural reserve area if you start approving high density development there. Prince William County eliminated their rural crescent in 2022 and there are already plans for 10,000 housing units in areas that used to be agricultural reserve land. MOCO should be smarter than PWC and not encourage paving over every last area of green space in the county. [/quote]
