Jane Eyre can run the risk of being tto much of a fantasy melodrama. Abused stepchild, scary csstle, crazy pyromanic wife locked up in the attic. I think that it might be a fine line to walk when putting it to script and film. The 2006 BBC miniseries did it to perfection. The storytelling, cinematography, script and characters are all done to perfection, especially the way that the director, writers and actors made the story seem real and plausible.[/quote]
