I have to wonder what the FCPD thinks about this. And, how many other illegal aliens are being arrested multiple times.
When a cop makes an arrest, it takes quite a bit of time and effort to write up the report. I am betting the police are sick of having to deal with this.

So, so, simple. If arrested and in the country illegally just a 2 step process.

1. Detain
2. Deport

I just learned today that Fairfax County is adjacent to the border of the United States and also has diplomatic relations with foreign countries to facilitate a deportation. Good to know!

Fairfax County struggles with the detain part.

I’m sure FCPD is pissed that ICE can’t do the work and get a judicial warrant. I know I am. The county tells ICE the person is in custody but ICE drops the ball.

A judge already ordered him to be deported. Is that not enough?

ICE has to do some paperwork and come get him from Fairfax County. Fairfax can’t deport someone.

Why did ICE not do the bare minimum work 15 times (ie, get a judicial warrant)? It’s almost as if ICE is a politically motivated agency filled with a bunch of Big Government agents.

ICE doesn’t need a judicial warrant. Stop with this nonsense.

Fairfax is asking them to jump through unnecessary hoops to protect criminals. There are plenty of states and probably VA jurisdictions that don't need the extra paperwork and it's perfectly legal.
