For us non-Alexandria people[/quote] There is an older black gentleman that has been strutting around Old Town since the early 90s. He wears a Drs. lab coat. He has some sort of affliction (don't we all?) that is seems like a hint of Tourette's and a hint of Aspergers. He's harmless and has been a fixture for ever.[/quote]
