The Doc! I’ve bought him lunch at McDs before. Not as standoff-ish as you’d think. I’ve been wondering where he’s been the past several months. Hope he’s getting more attention.
Who is that? For us non-Alexandria people

We used to call them no fixed address.
The victim was picnicking by the Mt Vernon trail on a nice day. Guess this is suspicious? I have done this. Guess she deserved it.
Wtf is your comment again?
You picnic at night?
Why? Like, seriously - why? That’s weird. I’m not talking about for events, like movies on the lawn or fireworks or a concert or something. I’m talking about picnicking by yourself, apart from anyone, absent an event, at 9:30 at night. Laying down in the grass.
You regularly do this?
Really?
The mt vernon trail area has a lot of wide grassy areas along the river where you can sit with a view of DC. This story is not odd whatsoever, it is not some trail deep in the woods. Your victim blaming here is really bizarre though.
No one is victim blaming. Just explaining why these people are in the park after it was closed. Parks close at dusk.
"These people" = the victim who was sexually assaulted?
According to the search warrant affidavit, police also found a beer can left at the scene and Surida nearby with five beers of the same brand in a 12-pack box.
