Same. I'd love to know what industry this is.

Some of the consultants my organization uses seem to have this... part-time retainers with a couple different clients. But their $20k a month is gross, so they're  paying for their own healthcare and full retirement. And they're constantly hustling for their next gig. It all seems a little high-energy to me.
