This restaurant only buys meat that has been processed by Muslims.
The meat is certified as halal. Is that a problem for you? Do you have a problem with kosher restaurants?
I'm not familiar with the rules for Kosher. If they are banning Jews from hiring, then yes I have a problem. My understanding is that halal meat is automatically kosher.
Is the other way around, Muslim people can eat kosher
The kosher food would not be halal as the animal is likely killed by a non-Muslim, and likely killed without a ritual Muslim chant. Kosher food is similarly supposed to be killed with a swift cut, overseen by a person of piety following religious ritual. It is not clear if this requires the person be Jewish though.
Muslims are allowed to eat kosher because it is in the Qur’an that meat from Jews and Christians are permitted. It is “halal” but not zabihah, which refers to the Islamic practice of hand slaughter and reciting before the slaughter.
