The slaughter of the meat has to be done by a Muslim in order to be zabihah (referred to halal in this case). I have not heard of anything regarding banning non Muslims from other positions at the companies. I am not Jewish, but I believe similarly in order to be kosher, the person doing the slaughter has to be Jewish.[/quote]I saw in a shop that the meat was certified in accordance with sharia law and hand cut by Muslims.
