The point of fasting is getting into ketosis--insulin levels drop and the body starts using its own stored fat for fuel. There was someone from Scotland who fasted for 386 days -- didn't eat, just drank water and took vitamins -- and lost hundreds of pounds. Anybody can do a ketogenic diet and fasting and get better results than taking Ozempic, and it's free.[/quote]
