If you do want to do that, I'd recommend having a cheat meal or refeed day once per week. Letting your carb stores get too low is a recipe for binge eating. There's nothing wrong with having carbs in moderation as long as you are prioritizing your protein intake for the bulk of your calories. Its more important to be in a slight calorie deficit while doing strength building exercise to maintain muscle as you lose fat. [/quote]
