Ok, go ahead and disagree. But we didn’t have sperrys or time to go out and buy them. I literally called the admissions office, spoke to a woman and asked her this question and she said “please don’t go out and buy shoes just for shadow day. Sneakers are fine”.

My son got in this year, class of 2029. So it worked out for us. But you do you and disagree. That’s fine. [/quote]

Your son doesn’t have any nicer shoes? What does he wear to Mass? I am not saying you can’t show up in sneakers, I am a saying that your son will look and feel out of place. Buy him a pair of sperrys unless it is really a financial hardship for your family. [/quote]
