[/quote] I didn't say cardio includes strength training, but it's all "exercise." Many people focus on hitting the recommended minutes each week rather than doing it daily. And you're likely not doing strength training every day either, so it's certainly doable to work in all types of exercise each week. If you have an hour to exercise, some days it may be all cardio, other days it may be half cardio and half strength training, or maybe just all strength training. But regardless of how you parse it out, it's all "exercise."[/quote]
