It's very processed and there are at least 2 problematic ingredients in there that are being linked to health issues such as the rise in colon cancer, etc. Even the more natural protein powders (I like Truvani) are testing high for lead and cadmium so I only use it when making a treat-not daily. Besides edamame, quinoa: lean meats, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, eggs (o points), Fage fat free unsweetened greek yogurt is 0 points and tastes nice mixed with berries, fat free cottage cheese can be used to make so many things. It gets nice and creamy when you blend it.[/quote]
