It allows me to make healthier choices and avoid cravings. I eat very health, and do weight baring classes (have done for years). Now I'm not fat on top of the muscle. I think this has helped me to avoid Ozempic face, Wegovy head, skinny fat, and whatever other derogatory term people come up with. Unless you see me giving myself a shot, you would never know.
