OP, many people use these drugs while weightlifting and eating normal portions as they lose weight and you don’t even notice a difference. It’s just the extreme cases you are noticing and, yes, they do look like lollipops.

What if you need a different drug and the doc asks you to quit it?

Yes, I plan to be on it indefinitely. Once I reach a desirable weight I will work with my doctor on spacing out the injections which will cost less. I’m already paying cash so I’m not really concerned about insurance. They are coming out with so many more of these medications that prices will drop on some of them.

Prices are not coming down.

All prescriptions are going up.

The first thing Trump did was get rid of Biden's cap on prescriptions.

Big Pharma = Trump

They already came down in the last few weeks

I’ll have insurance keep covering it. Thanks for the concern though!

Only if they don’t eat enough. Same is true with any kind of dieting. Don’t eat so little that your body has to eat your muscles for energy.

That depends on the person. It allows me to make healthier choices and avoid cravings. I eat very health, and do weight baring classes (have done for years). Now I'm not fat on top of the muscle.

I think this has helped me to avoid Ozempic face, Wegovy head, skinny fat, and whatever other derogatory term people come up with. Unless you see me giving myself a shot, you would never know.
