Opening birthday gifts in front of everyone.  It is the most uncouth behavior IMO.  A waste of playtime and a display of greed and bad manners.

Lack of reciprocity by other parents.   Unwillingness to share snacks etc. You need to have the manners to offer food and drinks to others too. No one want your juice box, but you need to offer at least.

For kids in diapers - please change the diaper as soon as your infant/toddler shits in it.  They are stinky and it is completely gross that you continue to let them be dirty in company.  Also, please bring a dirty diaper bag to take the soiled diapers back.

Don't socialize when your kid is contagious or sick.
