I work in energy. Your bills are only going up.[/quote] I'm in MoCo, and I've had no surprises in my bills this year with Pepco and Washington Gas (my house is half gas, half electric heating). I keep my house very warm (75-77). Bills are roughly the same as last year. I have a heat pump that was replaced about five years ago. If my bill went up 4x, I'd call the electric company to look into it.[/quote]
