Are you not paying attention to what Trump and Elon are doing? MOCO has no private sector development to speak of and Trump is gutting the Feds, NGOs who get government contracts, and is probably going to nullify funds going to any Blue state that a Republican doesn’t stand a chance of winning in 2028, like MD.

If Trump is going to go easy on any region in the area, it’s VA and Youngin. MOCO and DC are in his crosshairs and he’s not messing around.[/quote]
