Blue states need to hurry the f up and build a lot more housing.

Nobody is fooled by your stupid NIMBY pearl clutching.

No need to build more. The State and Montgomery County will be clearing out soon by people chased out by high taxation.

People have been saying this every year for decades. I bet you're the same person who claims every single year that the housing bubble will surely burst this year?

Don't you get tired of being wrong all the time?

Are you not paying attention to what Trump and Elon are doing? MOCO has no private sector development to speak of and Trump is gutting the Feds, NGOs who get government contracts, and is probably going to nullify funds going to any Blue state that a Republican doesn’t stand a chance of winning in 2028, like MD.

If Trump is going to go easy on any region in the area, it’s VA and Youngin. MOCO and DC are in his crosshairs and he’s not messing around.

Moore is grasping at straws if he thinks that in this Maryland economy, with Trump in power and federal employees and contractors at risk, that he will reap any benefits by mandating dense housing, other than getting himself voted out.

Good riddance.

The housing market is softening as we speak. No need to expedite it.

This is a TERRIBLE time to make changes like this and it’s just poor governance if it goes through.

Call your state delegates/senators to register your thoughts on the matter.
