Not only do I not complain, I paid for an installation of an appliance after I went out and bought it, pay for all small fixes, ordered and paid for new filters, and tip the maintenance men well. I don't use several of the appliances as I prefer my own. My landlord still raised my rent 11%. They do consider me a great tenant, but I want out. The 11% increase was too much.[/quote]
