Same. I will say my breakfast and lunch tend to be light, but I snack if I feel hungry during the day -- nuts, cheese, veggies and hummus, something filling. Dinner is generally pretty satisfying because I'm usually very hungry post-workout.
I'm the PP who eats like a normal person instead of like an almond mom. My breakfast is usually 2% plain greek yogurt with fresh berries and 1/4 cup of grapenuts or granola and a banana. Sometimes oatmeal if I have time to make it. Lunch could be leftovers, eggs and turkey sausage, a turkey burger, a big salad with grilled chicken. I like Kind bars, fruit, cottage cheese, more yogurt, nuts, peanut butter from a spoon, or Lara bars for snacks. ( I eat half a bag of pita chips on occasion). Dinner is a big portion of whatever DH cooks. I think I had half a pound of shawarma chicken last night with pita and sauces. I had ice cream for dessert. I have never had a protein shake. I like food.
