Top Salaries = $984,000
CEO $347K
CFO $221K
CIO $210K
COO $206K

These top salaries constitute only 1.5% of the revenue.
However, total salaries constitute just 27% of revenue

BEST PRACTICES GUIDELINES FOR A NON-PROFIT REGARDING TOTAL SALARIES AS A % OF TOTAL REVENUE is 25-35%.

PIPELINE PARENTS....YOU NEED TO START ASKING QUESTIONS.  IS PIPELINE A NON-PROFIT FOUNDATION OR IS IT A MONEY MINTING MACHINE?
