Not exactly accurate. 
The longtime coach who was there 18 years left for more money at a pool closer to home. Without a lot of notice, a temporary head coach stepped in. This year, an existing Assistant Coach will likely take over. It hasn’t exactly been as chaotic as you are implying. It’s a really stable team and parent group. 
There are some younger age groups who need boys and that’s a big part of the Division change.

You must be the only person that knew it was a temporary head coach because my kids all think he’s returning as do many of the parents.

All of the age groups are hurting for boys. Many empty lanes at A meets last year. The preceding long term head coach burned the boys out after the pandemic. They still belong to the pool but don’t swim on the team.[/quote]
There is no way that a summer swim coach caused summer only swim kids to “burn out”. Lots of kids, boys and girls, hit the teen years and decide they don’t want to spend their summer tied to summer swim.[/quote]
