I roll my eyes at the stupid ghost bike but there to memorialize someone who tried to pass a truck on the truck’s right side, AS THE TRUCK WAS MAKING A RIGHT TURN. This is exactly why passing another vehicle on the right (while driving a car) is illegal in many places. [/quote]
