PREACH! This drives me insane. It causes traffic in all directions. Is there anything that can be done about it?

Nope. Not forgotten. I roll my eyes at the stupid ghost bike but there to memorialize someone who tried to pass a truck on the truck’s right side, AS THE TRUCK WAS MAKING A RIGHT TURN.

This is exactly why passing another vehicle on the right (while driving a car) is illegal in many places.

Oh I cringed reading your post OP. I still have bad memories of driving to Holton every school day from Georgetown. The drop off was terrible.
