OP here-that’s great! What is rough about them and have you found any good remedies?  I’m hitting the electrolytes and just trying to keep moving to distract myself from anything [/quote]

What is rough? Constipation so bad I have now had multiple impactions, one of which landed me in urgent care because I couldn't get it out myself. Diarrhea that is the most painful I've ever had. Stomach pains bad enough to make me roll around and moan. Fatigue was the worst though -- I almost quit over fatigue that was so bad it made it hard for me to do my job. Blurry vision. Sleep disturbances. Nightmares. Nausea and vomiting. I once vomited at the same time as the diarrhea; that was pretty awful.

And no -- I have found no "good remedies" aside from fiber for the constipation. Which sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't, and sometimes triggers the horrible diarrhea.
