OP, everything you've got listed plus the things you mentioned in your second post look great. You might want to pick up a bottle of taco sauce (sold in any grocery where you find the Mexican foods). Sour cream and sliced black olives are also nice toppers. You could also give both corn and flour tortillas if you'd like, but I think the majority of people will choose flour.[/quote]
