They are 2 level with loft beds above a combined single room living/cooking area with a small stall bathroom. Google "tiny house" and look at images and you'll see a variety of homes from about 90 sf to about 500 sf. If designed well, it isn't as cramped as it sounds. Still small, but with the right design, you can do a lot with a small space.[/quote]
