It is because Fall Brawl is not on most rec kids radar. You have to be proactive and approach the people that run the rec programs to see if they are fielding teams and go from there (at least for most programs). Not surprisingly, the parents of kids that play club tend to be the most proactive about it and want their kids to play more year around than rec parents. It is what it is. [/quote]
