Were you not asked? Our school asked for opinions. I’m not sure if they really use the feedback but they do ask for it.

I did have a child also graduate last year at UMBC and it was totally fine. I’m not sure why everyone is so against it. It’s one day- a celebratory one at that. Even if it takes a little extra driving, isn’t seeing your child graduate worth it???[/quote]

I'm not looking forward to going back to UMBC as a parent of a kid who graduated from Rockville this year. The venue change was disappointing for most parents especially considering DAR was already a decent venue for the school if you consider it's very small size + RHS was the smallest school that graduated at UMBC this year.[/quote]
