Having said that I disagree, I suppose I should explain.  Concerning the social issues, perhaps I place more importance on them, but mainly I think that Republicans in Congress place even more importance, and will drag Romney in directions I do not want to go.  At the very least, as others have said, the Court will demand his attention, and I fear the result.

Also good arguments. I think, also, I would have more respect for Obama at this point if he just admitted, as you said, he did not succeed in going very far with his plans. I could stomach a "It's been a long, hard 4 years. We tried the best we could, and we fell short in some areas. Give us a chance to keep going and see if we can't achieve our goals with another 4 years." Instead, he's perpetuating this notion that he and his policies have been a wild success. They just haven't. Perhaps he really believes it. Perhaps in his mind, he's achieved everything he set out to achieve. It's hard to know with politicians whether they truly believe all the things they say, or if they're simply furthering what they believe is a palatable lie. This goes for all politicians, not just Obama. [/quote]
