Easy peasy.[/quote] My parents have been using the same wood cutting boards my whole life (I'm 50). They do not separate meat vs. veg. They have managed to not poison anyone in the past half century, so I'm thinking basic hand washing of wood cutting boards is just fine.[/quote]
